The ingredients needed to make Pear Treats:
- Get 1 tbsp of Powdered or confectioner sugar.
- Provide 1 jar of maraschino cherries-reserve juice.
- Get 1 box of Block cream cheese.
- Take 1 box of Dry vanilla instant pudding mix.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Salted butter.
- Take 1 1/3 cup of Marshmallow cream.
- Provide 1 can of Pear halves-drained.
- Provide 1 1/2 tbsp of Cinnamon.
Steps to make Pear Treats:
- I took pears out, & soaked pears in Cherrie juice. Dotted them dry. (As much as I could) & sprinkled with cinnamon sugar, lined my dish with Saran Wrap, and placed them on there to kind of soak, and marinate..
- Then I mixed in my stand mixer, the cream cheese, butter, and marshmallow cream. Then added the vanilla pudding dry mix,powder sugar, cinnamon, and some Cherrie juice..
- Once well mixed and fluffy I put in center of pear. Topped with Cherrie, and sprinkled with a lil more cinnamon sugar. You can also add crushed pineapple, nuts, or any other fruit you want to the mix. Then refrigerate for an hour or so..
I just threw some things together, and it tastes great! Next time I will pipe them to make them look prettier!
